This privacy policy describes how the Drip application (hereinafter "the App") handles its users' information.
The App does not collect any personal data. Your usage information (enabled themes, progress, notification settings, personal cards) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to external servers. The App does, however, measure its usage anonymously, as described in section 2.
The App uses Aptabase, an open-source, privacy-first analytics tool provided by Sumbit Labs Ltd. Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
Aptabase records anonymous usage events: app opens, card answers, and theme reminder activations. Each event carries general technical information: operating system and version, app version, device model, app language, and country of connection (derived from the IP address, which is not stored).
This data contains no personal information. Aptabase uses no advertising identifier, device identifier, cookie, fingerprinting, or long-term identification. No data is linked to your identity or used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The session identifier is generated server-side from a hash that is rotated daily, which prevents any tracking from one day to the next.
This information is used solely to understand app usage in order to improve it (most-used themes, review volume, usage frequency). Aptabase's privacy policy is available at aptabase.com.
If you use the "Suggest a theme" or "Report an error" feature, your message is sent via the Formspree service to the developer's email address. No personal information other than the content of your message is collected.
In addition, when you have reviewed all the cards in a theme, the App automatically sends, through that same Formspree service, an anonymous signal indicating that the theme is complete. This lets the developer know which themes to enrich with new questions. This signal contains no personal information, only the theme concerned, and is sent only once per completed theme.

Notifications are handled locally on your device through the native iOS and Android services. No notification data is transmitted to third parties.
The App currently contains no advertising.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. As no personal data is collected by us, these rights are exercised directly on your device (by deleting the App). As the usage statistics are anonymous, they cannot be linked to you or deleted individually.
